Our motivated and dedicated team of professionals provide quality service to each consumer who participates in our program. MES strives to employ staff members who are passionate and client-centered which enables MES as a whole to deliver quality services to those in need. The case management staff more specifically are provided support and training to engage PSHP participants using strength-based initiatives.
Our case management strategies provide consumer assistance in identifying services needed to maintain housing stability and serve as a vehicle towards self-sufficiency for persons assigned to residences in buildings and/or neighborhoods with other housing units or homes.
MES employees pride themselves in forming helping relationships and rapport with those served, in addition to other wraparound service providers.
